Your day to day activities will include:
- Troubleshooting of all incoming incidents, performing requests for service or environment system configuration changes and applying problem management upon available skills and experiences
- Configuration, installation and upgrade tasks for virtualization environment, resources planning, operations and cooperation on application of projects for continual environment and procedures improvement
