Based in Prague, this role comprehends an active communication with our worldwide offices and suppliers. At the beginning, this role will report directly to the Operations & Market Manager – East Europe & Balkan.
Responsibilities:
As a Reservation & Operation Executive your main task will be to make reservation for hotels, touring coaches and local services in East Europe & Balkan countries, following the Guidelines and making sure about the correct bookings for the right market demands. You will give full administrative support to the daily operational duties, including answering queries from suppliers, coordination team, sales offices, and emergency handling, etc.
• Day-to-day pro-active communication with partners in your assigned regions by telephone, emails, by internal messaging and occasionally in person to assist with the development of the business
• Efficient and accurate confirmation of services, paying attention to any detailed client requests
• To strictly follow the guideline/superior indication regarding supplier usage for different market, and volume distribution
• To monitor and promptly communicate amendments and cancellations
• To ensure the correct and timely confirmation within the finalization date
• To make sure about prompt and correct answers both to sales offices and suppliers
• To anticipate and/or report potential and real issues to superior or contract managers
• To build and maintain healthy business relationships with our partners and colleagues
• To collect and distribute correct and detailed supplier information to Tour leaders
• Final check with all suppliers, before tour starts
• To check and promptly eliminate any discrepancies between our requests and real supplies
• To ensure suppliers receive final itineraries on time
