What will be your duties?
- Property management - 2 big shopping centers
- Negotiations with leasing managers and tenants
- Property team leading (2 teams of 5 people)
- Reporting to investors
- Organising and updating contracts with tenants
- Developing, operating, maintaining, upgrading all assets of the company
- Participating on project meetings
