Náplň práce

The company provides platforms that support Contact Centers, it also provides services as data recording, evaluating and development based on the customers feedback.

- Hands on with the latest Cloud technologies
- Responsible for resolving technical issues at customer deployments
- Daily in contact with customers and partner IT technicians via phone/chat/email and using remote access
- Analyzing logs and relevant data to identify and fix customer issues
- Collecting data and feedbacks from our clients and provide these to our development teams and management
- Working closely with our Project Managers and technical consultants and SW engineers to optimize the processes
