As an Infrastructure Service Manager your main responsibility will be:
✔ act as the customers sparring partner when it comes to their current IT Operation, their future IT operations and new technologies
✔ ITIL processes: Availability, Capacity, Business Continuity and Problem Management
✔ coordination of technical activities across service lines to optimize and manage the customers infrastructure
✔ planning the development of the IT infrastructure and applications
✔ produce, test and maintain technical design specifications and recovery plans
✔ ensure a consistent and reliable performance of the infrastructure to deliver the required level of service to the business of the customer
✔ embracing a broad spectrum of technologies to be able to deliver the best service possible
✔ in smaller projects you will act as technical Project Manager
