In this role you will be responsible for providing complex (2nd/3rd level) services on Middleware layer/infrastructure for corporate clients.
Typical activities include:
• Incident management - solution/troubleshooting of technical incidents in production environment
• Problem management - analysis of repeating incidents, preparation of root cause analysis
• Change management - implementations of changes (configuration, deployment, installation, ...)
• Projects - proposals/design/build new production environments for clients
• Communication and cooperation with other teams from various locations
