You will be responsible for:
- Communication in Italian and English with clients who have high expectations of quality service
- Providing sales advice and support when clients are willing to buy a company product
- Processing orders in a company system
- Handling of service request (client is asking for different type of product, is willing to return product in case he is not satisfied with the product etc.)
