Responsibilities:
- You will receive questions from your colleagues/company partners daily, you have to be able to log these contacts into the shared case management systems.
- Communication and cooperation within other teams such as Payroll
- Empathetic approach is needed for each contact and interaction.
- Functioning and practical documentation are a must, your capability in finding gaps is crucial.
- Providing improvements to increase the effectiveness of our services will be valuable.
- Communication via email, phone, and chat, where you will settle queries of your fellow employees or partners of your company.
- Data processing and working with internal systems are on a daily basis daily.
