You will learn and develop your knowledge by managing the following tasks:
· Support employees in Eastern and Northern Europe
· Creation and administration of employee files and records following GDPR
· Organize medical checks for employees and the related agenda including reporting
· Manage all pre-onboarding, onboarding, and leave related activities for employees, incl. contracts management
· Provide regular HR analysis and KPIs reporting from the systems for the management and HR use
· Manage and administer visas letters
· Participation in various HR projects and activities
· Providing admin support for HR Business Partner
