A well-established, gradually growing international company that is currently looking for HR Process Analyst!
Responsibilities for this role consists of:
- Assist in the analysis, design, and upkeep of HR Core Business Process and Program Management with a Focus on Process Documentation
- Participate actively in the planning and scheduling of change and user acceptability activities such as testing, new developments and assessing the results in meeting across teams
- Assist with various initiatives pertaining to HR Core/HR Landscape
- Coordinate and serve as the main point of contact for all operational SAP HCM questions.
- Manage relationships with Process Owners regarding global changes
- Provide training and consultation to regional teams on SAP HCM functionalities or business processes
- Continue to update all training materials in accordance with Process Lead
