- First point of contact and reporting on KIPs
- Reporting discrepancies
- Investigation of AR data, preparing data for reporting and visualization
- ad-hoc analysis, validation of data, visualization, developments of dashboards
- Process automation and designing solutions
- Being taught and working with tools such as VBA, Power Automate, Power Querry, Python
- troubleshooting and admin tasks in Credit Services
