Key responsibilities:
- developing the sales activity and profitability for entire group
- RFQ Management
- making sure, that customer is satisfied
- support of other departments in case of customer issue
- developing and identifying opportunities of business development with existing customer
- taking care of customer complaints regarding sales and services
- identify opportunities with new customers
- negotiate the quote with the customers and closing the sale
- presentation products and company at trade association meetings
- traveling around the world
