We are seeking a talented Salesforce Business Analyst with experience in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Microsoft Visio, Agile, and Azure to join our IT Hub team in Prague. As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and provide solutions that enhance business processes and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and gather requirements for Salesforce Financial Services Cloud implementation and integration with other systems
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and work with development teams to ensure solutions meet business needs
- Create detailed process maps and workflows using Microsoft Visio
- Lead requirements workshops, design sessions, and testing efforts in an Agile environment
- Act as a subject matter expert for Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and provide training and support to end-users
- Develop reports and dashboards to provide insights to stakeholders and decision-makers
- Manage projects and ensure timely delivery of solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Salesforce and other related technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
