As General Ledger for T & E you will be responsible for the following:
- Accurate monthly GL account reconciliations for entities
- Prepare accurate Journal Entries for any T & E related corrections
- Support during internal and external audits
- Responsible for the processing of travel expenses and final authority for all expense reporting submissions ensuring company policies and procedures are followed while making expense report audit decisions
- Troubleshoot system and user access issues
- Cross-work and support all departments/divisions throughout the organization
- Support month-end closing activities
- Prepare advanced monthly reports and assist with KPIs preparation
