Work with us for a global IT company as a multilingual Customer Services Specialist support on chat in the international team of proctors and provide technical assistance with exams for programmers.
☑ Do you speak and write in English at least on a level C1 and also Dutch, Polish, German or Italian, at least at a communicative level?
☑ Can you work in 8 hour shifts according to the schedule?
☑ Can you attend the training center in Brno for the first 4 weeks and then work remotely?
☑ Are you excellent at multitasking and do you have a technical background?
If so, we might be looking for you!
Your main responsibility will be to supervise up to 8 ongoing online exams at the same time and communicate with participants via chat = multitasking and stress resilience is something you can't do this job without.
On this position you also will:
- Validate the identity of candidates
- Ensure the timely start and completion of each individual exam session
- Monitor candidates with vigilance, and intervene in the event of protocol variances
- Provide technical assistance to exam participants via chat
- Follow communication of procedures, guidelines, and policies
