- Onboarding and HR Administration (improving onboarding programs, changes in the Labour Code)
- Employee relations and support
- Performance management
- Talent Management and people development (coaching and training managers, career growth plans, collaborating with the EU and global talent development teams)
- Organization and change management
Contract: one year with possibility of prolongation
Location: Prague 8 (hybrid model)
