A well-established, gradually growing international company is currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Team Leader with German OR French!
Do you have experience with Order To Cash (O2C / OTC) and Accounts Receivable (AR, Cash Collection or Cash Application) in General?
Did you already have some experience with leading a small team?
We are not looking for a manager, but a Team Leader who will be leading, motivating and taking care of his team on a daily basis!
Well then if you speak either German or French, this is your time to shine!
Your daily responsibilities will be:
- According to your languages: leading a small team of German OR French speakers
- You will be serving as the right hand of the manager
- Setting, implementing and monitoring KPI's and SLA's
- Closing SOX
- Evaluating the financial situation of customers and the risk associated with receivables
- Daily complex tasks in a role of SME for OTC/AR processes such as: Billing, Cash Application and Collections
- Supporting credit analyses
- Preventing risks associated with unpaid debts
- Communicating with B2B customers (French OR German)
- Closely collaborating with other internal departments
- Working daily with SAP and Excel (pivots, vlookup etc.)
