- Design, develop, and optimize processes for manufacturing battery trays within the BIW (Body-in-White) shop.
- Collaborate with engineering teams, suppliers, and production technicians to troubleshoot production issues and enhance product quality.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts to optimize efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure the production line meets safety and regulatory standards.
