As a Design Thinking Expert your main responsibilities will be:
✔ providing guidance, advice, methodologies and frameworks to the Networks and/or Business Priorities to support the structure the business needs in grounded opportunities with clear value to be produced
✔ developing, through co-creation with the community a common set of Design frameworks
✔ coaching and developing all levels of leadership in Design Thinking
✔ influencing the direction of strategic programs by incorporating Human Centred Design and Lean Start up into their way of delivery
✔ embedding Design thinking in the Suncorp Way of work including collaboration with Agile and Lean Capability teams
✔ leading and execution consulting services to define and evolve Business model by assessing and deploy both improvement opportunities and/ or evolution initiatives
✔ leading or facilitating continuous improvement programs
✔ providing frameworks, methods and methodologies to structure the Network activity to support the cycle of exploration, identification, creation, enablement and adoption of opportunities globally
✔ facilitating cross network and cross functional coordination, by providing holistic view of business operating model, including internal and external collaboration roles
