As an IT Support you will:
✔ handle incoming calls
✔ handle incidents and service requests ranging from end user login problems
✔ communicate support related solutions and provide best service
✔ work in the team where you will share your professional knowledge and experience with co-workers naturally
✔ have a strong wish to improve and develop your personal and professional skills
✔ provide the support from 8:00am to 18:00pm, no weekends or nights (shifts are planned one month in advance so you can choose if you prefer morning or afternoon)
